What's up, RSS?

Greetings, dear reader.

You’re probably wondering about definition of RSS after seeing the title of this post. I’m here to explain it to you. RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a kind of web feed which enables us to keep track of the pages we want to follow.

The one I’m using is Feedly, which is a free RSS service that is easy to use for all of us. With Feedly, you can easily follow various blogs and websites you are interested in. It enables you to easily search for the content you seek and it notifies you whenever there is something new posted on the websites.

I, as a possible future teacher, follow some blogs involving education. My current favorite one is TeachThought, because it has really interesting ideas to share with teachers around the world. Their posts suggest many ways and techniques for teachers to use as to make their classrooms more enjoyable and active. Furthermore, their use of language is fluent and it is a joy to read their exceptionally well-written posts and listen to their great podcasts. Because of these reasons, more teachers should follow TeachThought and other websites like it by using an RSS reader.

Thank you for reading.
